This page is an informational overview, not a binding acceptance of referral terms. Participation requires owner review and a separate written agreement that states the exact terms accepted by both parties. Submitting details does not automatically approve you for the pilot.
What a relevant introduction includes
A homeowner request with affirmative permission to share and acknowledgement of our potential provider referral fee, plus location, timing, budget and useful scope information. We check preliminary fit with your area, minimum, scope and current capacity before a possible introduction. No more than two relevant providers receive the request.
Standard residential pilot fees
$50 for your first deposited residential job attributable to our introduction; $100 for each future deposited residential job, unless another pilot amount is agreed in writing. There is no subscription and no payment for an unbooked introduction. There is no guaranteed lead volume, booking, revenue or outcome.
Both events must happen
The success-fee trigger requires BOTH the homeowner accepting your proposal AND the homeowner paying the deposit directly to you. An estimate, scheduled visit, verbal interest or accepted proposal without a paid deposit does not meet the trigger. Junction Scout does not collect or hold installation payments.
Before participation
Provide your business/contact details, service areas, project minimum, included services, scope restrictions, review/reference links, requested insurance evidence, current capacity and a realistic response commitment. Capacity must be reconfirmed within 48 hours before an introduction. Claims remain provider-reported until supporting evidence is reviewed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for estimates, site assessment, pricing, customer contracts, installation and removal, workmanship, safety, applicable permits/licensing and insurance obligations, customer service, maintenance/storage promises and collecting homeowner payments. We do not perform installation work or guarantee it.
Homeowner information
Use information only for the specific consented estimate or scheduling request. Keep it confidential. Do not resell it, forward it to another provider or add it to unrelated marketing. Stop further referral contact when permission is withdrawn and coordinate with us on the request.
Confirmation, invoices and disputes
Confirm proposal acceptance and the paid deposit using the introduction’s reference and minimal evidence; do not send homeowner card or bank details. A separate written agreement, evidence of accepted proposal and paid deposit, and explicit owner invoice approval are required before a provider invoice is issued. The owner verifies the qualifying residential job and agreed fee. Payment timing, existing-customer/duplicate attribution and post-deposit cancellation/refund treatment must be agreed in the separate written terms. To question an invoice or pause the pilot, call (214) 810-4136 with the reference and reason. Collection on a disputed referral invoice is paused while the owner reviews it against the accepted written terms.
